We hope you agree that our services stand on their own as useful offerings that provide value and can help you achieve your goals. Nevertheless, we understand that you may have questions about the topics we cover, or indeed the services themselves. So we have added three channels to the website to provide you with the opportunity to voice your thoughts and ask for additional information, from us, and from others.

This chat facility will be manned during regular office hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 09:30 - 12:30. If you have a particular need, want to discuss how one of the services would be employed to address your business issue, or are not clear about some aspect of a service, please do let us know. We can only improve our services with your input, and we do want to hear from you.

Of course, you can access this any time, at your convenience. We've tried to kick start the process by adding questions we think you may have, but we can neither take your questions for granted, nor presume what you may query. If your question is not listed, please post it so we can add it in. If you have a question, chances are there are other folks out there with the same question.
3. Forum
The intention of the Forum is to create a network for discussion of relevant topics that anyone can join. So it's not necessarily about the services offered by Back Office Front Office, but about the business issues at the heart of the services.
