Franking Extremely handy if you have bulk mailings, as this is a time consuming but rote function. Back Office Front Office can accommodate this necessary but rudimentary activity, and for London based companies, can come pick up addressed but unfranked mail from you.

Fulfillment This service will appeal to businesses who need to prepare multiple copies of documentation for training, or who need to disseminate standardised information such as guidelines, manuals, or policy documents. The service focuses on printing, collating, binding and shipping multiple copies, but value added services include template formation, proofreading, editing, copywriting, and translation.

Mailbox Rental With our mail box rental service, you have a choice of addresses, and a range of value added features to customise your service so you get your mail when you want, how you want it sent, and where you want it delivered. Want to be alerted when mail comes for you? Choose SMS or email. Want your mail forwarded? We can do that too, you tell us how frequently. Two names are included in the price, but more names can be added. There is no registration fee, and no size limit to the mail box – it’s virtual!

Registered Corporate Address At the time of incorporation, a company must identify an address for the business which becomes its registered corporate address. Once incorporated, all mail from Companies House will be sent to the business at this address. You can choose one of our mail box addresses as your registered company address, our Head Office Greenwich address, or a premium address in South Kensington, London.
