This service is designed for start up and smaller website based businesses who need to provide customer service, and can't handle the calls but are not yet ready to invest in full time customer service staff or call centre infrastructure. We will provide agents to handle your calls, and train them if required. There is a minimum three month commitment, but this should provide you the confidence to know that there is support for a sales drive - with all the flexibility to make alternative arrangements if growth is slower than anticipated.

And we can also provide you or someone on your team with PR training, enabling you to develop/enhance the skills required to interact directly with the media.

Back Office Front Office can provide this service to a small team (max 10 people) or on an individual basis. As with the PR Campaign service, it will require some initial time beforehand to understand a little bit about your business and how it works, who your stakeholders and audiences are, your key messages, and a clear picture of how you want to apply the training. That in turn will help us shape the training to meet your objectives, and ensure that you or your team walk away with specific tools and techniques that suit the purpose.

Print shops come in many shapes and sizes, and deliver a level of quality for every taste and price point. In our case, we focus only on printing business cards, letterhead and “With Compliments” slips. And we make it easy. You can choose from a selection of templates that reflect a variety of designs, themes and sectors, and upload your own logo and details to create customised stationery. Or, if you have asked us to design a bespoke logo for your business, or would like to vary the template, we can, of course, handle that as well. In either case, you’ll be pleased with the quality and the professional looking result.
