Health Check

This is one of the most critical services you can purchase. A proactive Health Check can mean the difference between a smooth running operation, and down time that costs you real money, lost time, and at the worst, possibly a customer or two. This service is included in an IT support contract, and is carried out monthly. If you purchase this service on a stand alone basis, we recommend a Health Check twice yearly.

Help Desk

Looking after your IT systems and networks is a full time job, and one that requires a dedicated, strategic approach to ensure your issues are dealt with as soon as they arise. Very simply, the features of this scalable service rank it amongst the best. We offer a Help Desk service delivered through a single point of contact, utilising the comprehensive range of skills and resources within our dedicated technical assistance. Two levels of service are then available: Ad Hoc, and Comprehensive, which comes with a defined service level agreement (SLA), includes a monthly Health Check, and guarantees a 4 hour response time.

IT Director
