It’s called Kashflow. You may have heard of it; it won business software awards in 2007 and 2008, and beat out some pretty significant competitors to win again in 2009.

What’s so special about Kashflow? Well actually, quite a few things. It doesn’t use accounting jargon, for one. It’s compatible with both Macs and PCs, is accessible from anywhere in the world, and can accommodate multiple concurrent users. Data is stored securely online and backed up every day, and it’s secure, with security levels comparable to internet banking.

But what makes Kashflow from Back Office Front Office unique, is that we offer you the flexibility to choose from 3 distinctly different service levels. Here’s how they work.

Self Serve
Want to do it all yourself? No problem. Simply click the Order Now button and upon purchase, you can set up and start to keep your own books in your own environment and at your own pace. The licence is good for one year, and of course it’s renewable.

Shared service
Are there a few things you’d like to look after yourself, and have someone do the rest? We can arrange that too. Full service
For many people, this will be the answer they have been waiting for. Someone to do it all for you. (That’s what we mean when we say, “work for yourself, not by yourself.”) We’ll organise an initial session to get to understand your needs, and then set up the software to accommodate your personal preferences and business requirements, your operating policies and practices, and your management style. All you have to do is send us the paperwork on a regular monthly basis, and we’ll take care of the rest. And when we’re done, we’ll send all your documents back to you.

Some people will want only the basic service (set up, entry of opening balances, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/accounts payable control accounts, preparation of VAT returns, income and expenditure reports, and year end management accounts) and visibility of the records. Others may want extra management support, so we’ve added a number of value added services, detailed on this page. We may even provide a personal (“face to face” meetings may be possible for London based businesses) presentation of the accounts.

And, if you find your circumstance changes or change your mind about the service level you have chosen, you can move from one service level to another, without interruption to your licence.

Lastly, if you’re worried about the transition from your existing software to Kashflow, you need to know that most software systems integrate quite easily, and we’ll do our best to handle that for you too.

Minimum commitment of 3 months, then cancellable upon one month's notice.

Bookkeeping catch up	If you're behind on your books, we can help. This may be the perfect opportunity to get it all organised and up to date, the right way - and the easy way.	Same as current monthly price
