It’s easy to get excited about the possible new office space you’ve found. In your mind’s eye, you can imagine exactly how it will work, from the kitchen to the couch in reception. Using the expertise of referral specialists, we offer two related services in the Premises area to get you going and keep you going. A Survey service that will provide you with an appraisal of the building and specific lease area, and a Space Planning service that will maximise the space to suit you, your team and your business requirements.
So the Survey Service not only looks at the proposed lease area, it also assesses the broader attributes of the location. This is intended to assure you that not only is the specific work space suitable for your business, but the ancillary requirements are in place and suitable to support your customers, suppliers and staff. A detailed report of findings (with photographs to illustrate items as necessary) will be produced.
The Space Planning service is based on a consultation to understand your business and how you work, requirements for your staff (whether there are a few of you, or a large number on site), meeting rooms and hot desk requirements, personal and centralised storage needs, reception and waiting areas, kitchen and break out areas, and computer/communications rooms. An important part of this discussion will be current vs future needs, how they may change over time, and what that timeframe may be. If the proposed space will not allow for your current or future needs, you’ll be advised of the gaps.
