Registered Corporate Address

A limited company is created by filing relevant details of ownership and director's identity and address with Companies House. At the time of incorporation, a company must identify an address for the business which becomes its registered corporate address. Once incorporated, all mail from Companies House will be sent to the business at this address.

You can choose to use one of our mail box addresses as your registered company address, whether you rent a mail box from us or not. (However, there is a discount for the registered corporate address if it is taken with a mail box address.) Two addresses are available: our Head Office Greenwich address, and a premium address in South Kensington, London.
