Virtual Office Bundle
This bundle is intended to enable a cost efficient and effective way to work virtually. It includes: incorporation of your business, VAT registration, a virtual mailbox registered as your corporate address, True Pay As You Go telephone answering, an 0844 number, and our easy to use Plum CMS Basic software, with which you can create your own website. And keep in mind, any of the these services can be purchased separately.

| Corporate formation | Filling out forms is not a good use of your time - but forms can't always be avoided. So we suggest you let us incorporate your company and provide you with a UK registered company number and certificate of incorporation. |
| VAT registration number | None of us like it, but we all have to live with it - and you need to make sure you have one if you qualify! Back Office Front Office can take care of getting it for you, and save you a whole lot of time and trouble. |

This bundle uses our SE10 Greenwich address, and assumes you want to pick up your mail. Two (2) names are included with each mailbox, but additional names can be purchased. If you want our South Kensington address, or want to take advantage of any of our value added services (such as mail forwarding or alerts), you can, of course, but these are priced separately. |
| Registered corporate address | When you incorporate your business, you are required to provide Companies House with a registered corporate address. You may have one, or you can choose from two addresses we can offer: one in South Kensington, and one in Greenwich. |
| Telephone answering | We call it True Pay As You Go. It's a basic service, which simply answers your phone (live during regular office hours, automated answer after business hours) and takes messages. If you don't need more than this, why pay for any extras? |
| 0844 telephone number | An 0844 number offers two key benefits: your callers will not be able to identify where in the UK you are based and callers from anywhere in the UK will pay the same amount to call you - which will likely be less than they would pay if they called your local number from outside your local calling area. |
| Basic website |
Websites are considered essential in today's business world, and no one who has a business - even a start up - can be without one to establish credibility and reach their market. Our Plum CMS software lets you choose from over 20 templates, and includes 10 pages, 1 GB web space, 8 GB bandwidth, and 10 email accounts with 50 MB each. We use it in our website, so it has to be good! |
Price: Flat fee of £725.00 for the first year OR one time payment of £425.00 and ongoing monthly payments of £30.00. Minimum one year commitment. VAT not included. Terms and conditions apply.
